1. About Us

The Motherhood Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based business offering curated gift boxes and products for new mums, parents, and families.


2. Use of the Website

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You will not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always appear on this page.


3. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Contents of gift boxes may change if an item becomes unavailable—if so, we will replace it with a product of equal or higher value
  • All product sizes, weights, and measurements are approximate

If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before ordering.


4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when:

  • Payment has been successfully processed, and
  • We have dispatched your items

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • Payment is not authorised
  • The item is unavailable
  • There is a pricing or product information error
  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If we must cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.


5. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider. We do not store full card details.

We may update prices from time to time; however, once you place an order, the price shown at checkout is the price you’ll pay.


6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only, using Royal Mail.

Delivery options include:

  • 2nd Class Tracked – £4.50 (Mainland UK)
  • 1st Class – optional upgrade available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal delays, weather, strikes).

We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, redelivery charges may apply.


7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem:

Damaged or faulty items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Change of mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Unopened gift boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, at your own cost.

Refunds will be issued once items have been received and inspected.

We cannot refund:

  • Original delivery charges (unless the item was faulty)
  • Items returned worn, used, or damaged
  • Personalised or custom orders

8. Gift Messages

If you choose to add a gift message, you are responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate and lawful. We reserve the right to remove or edit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate messages.


9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Must be applied at checkout (we cannot add them afterwards)
  • Cannot be used in combination unless stated
  • May have expiry dates or usage limits

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, text, branding, graphics, and product descriptions—belongs to The Motherhood Collective unless stated otherwise.

You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for personalisation errors caused by customer input
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services or events beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under consumer law.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
